- One of the first things that you need to do is start to capture leads from your websites, squeeze pages and blogs.? If you look on the top right of this page, you will see a registration box where I capture email and first name.? This is really all you need to capture for right now to create a relationship and to start building up your email list.? Once you start to build and nurture your email list, you can start offering your green real estate investing advice, green homes and other valuable products/services that will assist your customers/list
