Key Equipment Finance Names Ruback VP, Structured Credit
Key Equipment Finance, one of the nation?s largest bank-held equipment finance companies and an affiliate of KeyCorp, announced the promotion of Michael Ruback to vice president, structured credit. In this role, Ruback will lead the credit analysis and management for structured transactions, including lender finance, major markets and corporate aircraft.

Ruback previously was lead credit analyst for Key Equipment Finance, which he joined in 2008 as a senior credit officer. Previously, Ruback held positions of increasing responsibility at Merrill Lynch Commercial Lending, ultimately serving as vice president, senior credit operations officer/team leader.
Ruback has a bachelor?s degree in accounting and business administration from the University of Kansas and an MBA from the University of Nebraska.
