Mark Pannek Has Extensive Risk Management Experience ...

Mark Pannek has extensive years of experience in the field of risk compliance, audit and outsourcing, domestic as well as international. He is presently working as the Director of Enterprise Governance for a major defense industry contractor. His CAM responsibilities included financial control, budget, planning and variance. He managed enterprise governance program responsibilities including risk management; identification, analysis and mitigation; technology incident and issue management. He served as a co-chair on Joint Risk Review Board providing oversight for AF/CSC Risk Mgt Program. He coordinated and conducted briefings and status meetings for top level Department of Defense (DOD), Pentagon and Air Force.

His skills set include management, operational risk, IT risk, vendor risk, fraud management, information security and audit, as well as outsourcing due diligence and control.Mark Pannek also specializes in areas of accounting, finance, investment, negotiations and strategic leadership. He is an MBA and has impressive experience in Tier I Financial Institutions (domestic and international), community banks and privately held companies. His senior level expertise lies in risk management, operational risk management and technology risk management. He has unique problem solving skills and successfully tackles each work related issue.

Over the years,Mark Pannek has worked with various financial institutions in Dallas, TX. He managed departments specializing in banking loan operations and systems and also managed mortgage and consumer loan systems and operations. He was also tasked with the responsibility of managing consumer fraud departments. He has served as the Vice President, Risk Management at JP Morgan Chase from 1997 to 2003. He was responsible for IT Control Governance program for Investor Services Division. He managed risk associated with JP Morgan Chase Investor Services applications used in the daily settlement and clearance of $1 billion in securities. He was responsible for IT and processing outsourcing proposals.

Along with his business works, Mark Pannek also coaches youngsters in sports such as football and basketball. He has coached Boys Youth Football for five years and Boys Youth Basketball for three years and Girls Youth Basketball for a period of three years.
